How To Apply

What To Expect

5 minutes

Personal Information

Provide the agent with your personal information, such as first and last name, date of birth, and last four of SSN. If you receive benefits for a dependent (such as a child in the National School Lunch Program), you will also need to give the agent the same information for them.

They will also ask you some questions about your household.

Eligibility

The agent will ask which program you are qualifying through- this could be Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, or another government program.

They will then submit the information to the government’s National Verifier, which may require more documents for verification that you qualify.

Order confirmation and payment

Your agent will confirm your order and take payment if you’ve chose a tablet as your device- you can pay at that time with card (they will send you a clickable link) or choose to send in cash or check. If you’ve chosen the free phone option, you’ll skip this payment step.

You’ll have to consent to a few more things that our legal team has made us include. It’s dull but important, and we promise to make it quick.

I'm Ready To Enroll! Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Live agents are standing by Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm Eastern Time to guide you through the enrollment process. Just click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to speak with an agent!

The application will only take 10-15 minutes. Be sure to have your documents on hand before you click the chat icon for the fastest experience.

The benefits that you receive from your qualifying program won’t be affected. The Affordable Connectivity Program is what we call a “piggyback” program, so if you qualify for any of the programs listed below, you qualify for this offer.

If you currently have an Affordable Connectivity Program benefit with another provider, you will be asked to consent to transferring your ACP benefit during your enrollment with Rogue Mobile.

If you have a dependent on SSI or an underage child on Medicaid, for example, you can qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program through their benefit. During the enrollment process, you will be asked if you are the person receiving the benefit, or if it is someone in your household. If someone in your household other than you is receiving the benefit, you will be prompted to enter their first name, last name, date of birth, and the last four of their Social Security Number.

The service address in your application will be the address that is registered as yours on your government documents (and the documents for your qualifying program). This is most often the address on your Driver’s License.

You will be asked during your application if the service address and shipping address are different. If they are, you can enter the shipping address of your choice to receive your tablet.

You may need proof of your identification (like a driver’s license) or proof of your program (such as a Medicaid or VA letter), or nothing at all. Your agent will let you know if you need proof once you reach the eligibility stage.

Click here and we’ll let you know the document that you may need based on your program.

If you are receiving benefits from a program such as Medicaid or SNAP and also fall under the income qualification guidelines, we recommend applying through your program. This is often much faster and is less likely to require additional documents for proof.

You will have the option to pay the $10.99 co-pay with card at the time of enrollment, or via cash or check sent to:

Rogue Mobile Finance Department
PO Box 782188
Orlando, FL 32878

If you currently have an Affordable Connectivity Program benefit with another provider, you will be asked to consent to transferring your ACP benefit during your enrollment with Rogue Mobile.

You will need to be 18 years of age or older to apply for this program. However, if you have a dependent who qualifies (for example, an underage child on Medicaid), you can apply on their behalf. For more information, please check the question, “What if the benefit is for my child or dependent?”

Help Is Here!

If you’re ready to apply, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and a real person will help you with the enrollment application.
