Something not working?
The SIM won’t slide in
Stop—don’t force it. Check that the card matches the slot’s shape and size. Ask Rogue Mobile if you’re unsure.
The screen is black
Try a short press of the power button. If it stays black, connect the supplied charger, allow it to charge, then try powering on again.
Connected, but no internet
Check the hotspot for a SIM error or missing signal. Move near a window. If needed, ask Rogue Mobile to check the SIM’s activation.
